West Ham are prepared to offer Lucas Perez an escape from his Arsenal misery.
According to a report in The Sun the 28-year-old is on Slaven Bilic’s wanted list for a new striker.
Despite arriving at the Emirates in an £18m summer deal Perez has found himself as fourth choice striker behind Alexis Sanchez, Olivier Giroud and Danny Wellbeck.
With just two Premier League starts to his name the 28-year-old is almost certain to move on in the summer if Arsenal get an offer close to the £18m that they paid Deportivo for the striker last summer.
AC Milan were linked with Perez last summer but weren’t prepared to match the get-out clause in his contract.
West Ham are looking at a number of striking options for next season with Andy Carroll expected to move on.
Bilic wants to play more of a passing game and is looking at strikers such as Perez and Daniel Sturridge for that role.
