Chelsea have been linked to a £26m move for Antonio Candreva.
According to a report on talkSPORT the Inter Milan winger may be available for sale at the end of the season despite only signing from Lazio last summer.
Antonio Conte has a great relationship with Candreva from his time in charge of the international side and would love to bring him to Chelsea.
With new investment coming into the club a lot of changes are expected at Inter with Conte watching developments closely.
The Chelsea boss has himself been linked with a love to Inter but is more likely to be using his contacts to bring talent to Stamford Bridge.
At 30 years of age Candreva may not get another chance to move outside of Italy with his respect for Conte likely to be the biggest driver in any transfer move.
So far this season the winger has scored four goals from 25 starting appearances for Inter.
