West Ham will offer Pablo Zabaleta and Bacary Sagna the chance to extend their Premier League contracts if Manchester City refuse to offer the defenders new deals.
According to a report in The Mirror, Slaven Bilic would welcome both defenders with open arms to the London Stadium.
Pep Guardiola is expected to have a major clear out at the end of the season with no sign of any contracts being offered to the full-backs who are both over 30-years-old.
Bilic wouldn’t be put off by age and would love to bring in two time served full-backs to boost his defence.
Matching the wages that the duo are on at the Etihad shouldn’t be a problem with no transfer fees involved.
Zabaleta and Sagna are free to sign pre-contract agreements with clubs outside of England but having resisted that option it appears that they want to stay on in the Premier League- at City or elsewhere.
