Stoke City target Soualiho Meite claims that he isn’t thinking about an end of season move.

According to a report on talkSPORT the Lille midfielder is determined to concentrate on playing for Zuite Waregem and will leave decisions about his future until the summer.

The 22-year-old was linked with Stoke and Crystal Palace during the January window but is currently on loan at Belgian side Waregem.

At the end of the season the industrious midfielder will return to Lille and will almost certainly be sold.

Stoke were barely involved in any transfer business last month with the arrival of Saido Berahino the main transaction at the Britannia Stadium.

Mark Hughes is keen to reduce the age profile of his squad with the arrival of Meite fitting that criteria and bringing an extra edge to his side’s midfield.

Crystal Palace also expressed an interest in Meite but any follow up will be dependent on retaining their Premier League status.
