Pep Guardiola has kicked off a striker merry-go-round by admitting that Sergio Aguero may not be at Manchester City next season.
According to a report in The Daily Mail the Manchester City boss has reservations about the Argentinian and has never been slow to praise Alexis Sanchez of Arsenal.
Should Aguero come on the market in the summer only the biggest clubs in the business will be bidding for the former Atletico Madrid striker.
Barcelona have been linked with Aguero even if it means splitting or adding to the front trio of Messi, Neymar and Sanchez.
Arsene Wenger is adamant that he won’t sell Sanchez to another English clubs but there is no guarantee that the Frenchman will be in charge of Arsenal next season.
Sanchez appears to be Guardiola’s first choice striker but the Manchester City will have other options if Arsenal refuse to do business despite the Chilean being out of contract in June 2018.
