Leeds United face competition from Bournemouth for the summer signing of Ryan Kent.

According to a report in The Coventry Telegraph the Premier League outfit have noted Kent’s performances on loan at Barnsley and will make an approach to Liverpool at the end of the season.

Liverpool sent Kent on loan to Coventry last season with the 20-year-old handling the step up to The Championship with ease helping Barnsley push for an unlikely promotion place.

Garry Monk has been highly impressed by Kent’s form at Oakwell and will review the situation at the end of the season.

With Jurgen Klopp expected to go on a major spending spree at the end of the season it looks unlikely that Kent will be returning to a place in the first team squad at Anfield.

Liverpool will then decide whether to sell the 20-year-old or whether to put him on loan again with Leeds and Bournemouth both keen to sign him up.
