According to a report in The Sun Ronald Koeman is planning to overhaul his side and sees the Arsenal man as a key part of is plans,
The 25-year-old is under contract with Arsenal until June 2018 but no talks have taken place about an extension.
After two injury hit seasons the midfielder has been in outstanding form on loan at Bournemouth but wouldn’t consider a permanent deal to the south coast.
Koeman is preparing for a mini clear out at Everton that could see Ross Barkley and James McCarthy moved on to make way for new faces.
Wilshere will get offers to play in Serie A with a couple of admirers.
Bringing in Wilshere or Virgil van Dijk from Southampton would demonstrate that Everton mean business as Koeman attempts to drive towards a place in the top four and their first ever place in the Champions League.
