Slaven Bilic wants to bring Marouane Fellaini to West Ham.
According to a report in The Standard the Manchester United man is wanted to add some steel and fight as the Hammers face up to a fight against relegation.
Fellaini has had a ‘colourful’ career at Old Trafford and is viewed by many fans as the worst reminder of the Davie Moyes era.
Although he has been a fairly regular feature of Jose Mourinho’s side this season it’s unlikely that he has a long term future at Old Trafford.
Fellaini’s aggressive style of play with an eye for goal at Everton made him one of the most feared midfielders in the Premier League with Bilic looking to add those qualities to his faltering side.
A permanent deal is unlikely with West Ham fighting against the drop but a loan move could suit all parties with the option to make it permanent in the summer if West Ham stay up.
