A reported transfer target for West Ham United in the summer transfer window, Torino striker Andrea Belotti is now rated at a massive fee of €50 million, report TeamTalk.

According to CalcioMercato, Manchester United are the latest side to show an interest in the Hammers target although Torino are clearly looking to stave off English interest given the giant €50 million asking price.

With Red Devils scouts having been sent to watch the 22-year-old in action recently, Slaven Bilic’s side face new competition to land the former Palermo man with Manchester United upping the ante.

Scoring eight goals so far this season in Serie A, Belotti is very much a striker in form and his confidence carried over to the Italian national side recently whereby he scored two against Liechtenstein in the international break.

With Simone Zaza and Jonathan Calleri yet to score for the Hammers, Bilic really needs striking reinforcements this winter but with the returning Diafra Sakho hailed as like a “new signing” recently, perhaps West Ham United may be forced to work with what they have.
