Daniel Sturridge to West Ham United
While West Ham United fans don’t really care about Liverpool’s title prospects, they will hope that Jurgen Klopp’s side continue to perform well at the top of the table.
Why?
Because if Daniel Sturridge remains a bit-part player with Roberto Firmino continuing as the number one striker up top, this will boost the Hammers’ chances of landing the England international in January.
Sturridge really doesn’t seem like the type to bide his time on the bench quietly and if the Reds are still going great guns come the New Year, perhaps Sturridge may be allowed out on loan.
Looking more of an ambitious swoop than one for Mandzukic, Stan Collymore recently claimed West Ham United represent a good fit for Sturridge if he were to complete an end-of-season transfer.
He’d certainly be the number one striker at London Stadium with Sturridge craving regular opportunities from the off.
