In many ways, West Ham United are blessed for wingers right now in Michail Antonio, Dimitri Payet, Sofiane Feghouli, Andre Ayew and Gokhan Tore.
However, the likes of Tore and Feghouli have been so poor that you wouldn’t rule out either of them making a swift exit from East London in January.
If that were to prove the case, perhaps Slaven Bilic would resurrect a deal to sign Lyon’s Rachid Ghezzal who the Hammers reportedly targeted over the summer.
Despite impressing last term, Ghezzal has only been a pit-part member of Bruno Genesio’s squad this term so perhaps he is considering his future at Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
