Having seen an initial £7 million offer for Charlton Athletic forward Ademola Lookman turned down, Everton are now considering a second offer of £10 million, report The Mirror.

Ronald Koeman’s Toffees are extremely keen on the 19-year-old Addicks star and given the fact Lookman has recently represented the England Under-20 side, the Londoners are holding out for £10 million for their prized asset.

Also interesting Arsenal as well as Manchester City and Liverpool, Everton have appeared the most keen suitor having already submitted a bid for Lookman but the Merseyside club are still £3 million off Charlton Athletic’s valuation.

Having broken through into the Addicks’ first team ranks last season, Ademola has made 39 appearances for The Valley side, scoring eight goals in the process.

Given the current managerial uncertainty in East London following Russell Slade’s departure from the League One side, this factor could also sway Lookman into a departure this winter.
