Carl Jenkinson (Arsenal)
Having only just returned to the Arsenal team following an injury that cut short his second season-long loan spell at West Ham United last term, Carl Jenkinson was impressive in the Gunners’ recent EFL Cup win over Reading.
Interestingly, West Ham United have been linked with a third raid for Jenkinson this winter and on the face of it, it makes total sense.
While Jenkinson signed a new deal with the Gunners, another loan could suit both parties with Arsenal having trusted their London rivals enough to loan him to East London twice while Hector Bellerin is going to start most games when fit anyway.
All of Sam Byram, Alvaro Arbeloa and Michail Antonio have failed to make the right back slot their own under Slaven Bilic this term and with the Croatian knowing Jenkinson well, West Ham United should definitely try to tempt the Gunners into another loan.
