Twenty-year-old Ruben Loftus-Cheek must look at the likes of 20-year-old Dele Alli sometimes while wondering, where would I be if I had received regular game time?

Making his first Blues appearance back in 2014, Loftus-Cheek has only racked up 16 Premier League outings since then and has so far not been let go from Stamford Bridge in any loan spell.

With Antonio Conte having interestingly experimented with the England Under-21 international as a striker in the EFL Cup against Bristol Rovers, this too isn’t so great for his first team prospects right now.

Given the fact Michy Batshuayi is waiting patiently behind Diego Costa for a regular start right now, Loftus-Cheek’s regular game time prospects look bleak in the forward areas as well as in midfield.

Surely Chelsea must address his lack of game time via a loan spell in January barring an injury crisis of course.
