Charlie Taylor (Leeds United)
One left back we already know Liverpool are keen on is Leeds United’s young English defender Charlie Taylor.
With Leeds having confirmed they turned down a transfer request from the 23-year-old in the summer, the Liverpool Echo claimed the Reds were particularly keen on signing him.
Yet to play in the Premier League of course with only Football League experience behind him, Taylor has been a bright spark in the past couple of forgettable years at Elland Road.
Somebody who looks like he’d be comfortable a level higher, much like Sam Byram before him, Garry Monk will know that keeping hold of Taylor will become harder if Leeds United continue to show no real signs of progression.
