Calum Chambers
After his opening day performance against Liverpool, Calum Chambers has proven that he is simply not good enough to be a regular starter for Arsenal in the Premier League.
He has looked okay in bursts during his spell in North London, but he never looked comfortable at the back; and his confidence won’t grow by sitting on the bench every week.
He proved during his spell with Southampton that he is a good player, but he just needs an opportunity to rebuild his confidence and prove his qualities.
A loan move, or permanent if Arsenal can find a buyer, could work wonders for young Chambers as he looks to re-find his form.
