According to reports from Don Balon via Goal, Real Madrid are preparing a sensational move for Chelsea star Eden Hazard that will include James Rodriguez in exchange.

The Colombian international moved to the Bernabeu after claiming the Golden Boot with six goals at the 2014 World Cup, including a strike against Uruguay that went on to win the 2014 Puskas award. But he’s not quite hit the heights expected at the Bernabeu and injury problems have limited him to just five La Liga starts this season.
