According to reports from The Express this morning, PSG are willing to listen to ‘considerable offers’ for in-demand midfield prodigy Adrien Rabiot.
The 6 foot 2 defensive-mid, who once spent a season at Manchester City’s academy, is widely regarded as one of French football’s most exciting prospects, having registered 45 youth caps for France and made 78 appearances for PSG at just 20 years of age.
He’s taken part in the Parisans’ last three title campaigns but has failed to cement a first-team place over the likes of Marco Verratti, Thiago Motta and Blaise Matuidi, seeing just 124 minutes worth of action in Ligue 1 this season.
Rabiot, who The Express claim is a target of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham, expressed a desire to leave Parc de Princes during the summer, with mother and agent Veronique making a formal transfer request on his behalf.
She also recently told reporters; “Adrien loves and is attached to PSG, it is the club of his heart. He wants to have a career here, but it’s not possible. Are PSG trying to tarnish Adrien because we have asked for a transfer? If Adrien leaves PSG, he is not leaving for the sake of leaving, he is leaving in order to play.”
According to The Express, the French champions are now willing to listen to ‘considerable offers’ for the midfield prodigy, with their valuation believed to be around the £21million mark. They claim the Premier League foursome have been ‘made aware of Rabiot’s availability’.
