Chelsea misfit and Man United hot-shot top Bilic’s transfer wishlist

Victor Moses

According to reports from The Evening Standard yesterday morning, West Ham are considering bids for Chelsea’s Victor Moses, Tottenham Hotspur’s Aaron Lennon and Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj.

Following two successive defeats in the Premier League, the second coming at the hands of Bournemouth in a 4-3 thriller last Saturday, manager Slaven Bilic is desperate to add natural width to the Hammers’ attack.

That’s thrust him towards Chelsea’s Victor Moses, who is now the East London outfit’s priority transfer target with just a week of the summer window remaining.

The Premier League champions value the Nigerian international at £10million but West Ham are hoping to source him for around £4million less, knowing that the arrival of ex-Barcelona man Pedro will severely impact his first team opportunities this season.

Should a move for the 24 year-old fail to materialise, West Ham will turn their attentions to Tottenham’s Aaron Lennon and Manchester United youngster Adnan Januzaj with the view to signing them on a season-long loan.

The occasional England international appears to be out of the picture at Spurs but with just one year left on his White Hart Lane contract, the north Londoners would likely prefer to sell him permanently this summer.

Likewise, Januaj has started in two of United’s opening three Premier League fixtures this term, scoring against Aston Villa. So unless the Red Devils bring somebody in this week, they’ll want to hold onto the prodigious Belgian.
