According to reports from talkSPORT yesterday evening, Arsenal have tabled a £10million offer for in-demand Napoli left-back Faouzi Ghoulam.
The Algerian international has been in impressive form since joining the Naples outfit in January 2014, last term averaging 1.6 tackles, 2.2 interceptions and 1.1 created chances per match from 21 Serie A outings.
And following the Italian side’s failure to qualify for next season’s Champions League, he’s emerged as a potential target for several top European clubs.

Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid have all been linked to the 24 year-old, but yesterday came news that fellow admirers Arsenal had made a £7million offer. It appears those reports were slightly inaccurate, however, with the actual figure being closer to £10million.
talkSPORT claim Arsene Wenger intends to sign Ghoulam as competition for England international Kieran Gibbs, whilst fellow Gunners left-back Nacho Monreal could be heading back to Spain.
But whether that’s enough to land the 6 foot 2 full-back remains to be seen. According to reports in June, Napoli have already rejected an £11million offer from Chelsea.
