Despite proving themselves to be head and shoulders above the rest in the Premier League this season, clinching the English title with three games to spare, the tabloids seem to think Chelsea will be very busy in the transfer market this summer.

In fact, they’ve linked the west Londoners with so many coveted names ahead of the coming window that This Is Futbol have created an entire select XI filled exclusively with rumoured Blues targets.

Of course, we’re not suggesting Chelsea are going to sign them all. According to tabloid valuations, that would set them back somewhere in the region of £410million – which you can’t imagine UEFA’s Financial Fair Play regulators being too happy about – and as a wise man once said; if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

But to keep you up to date with all things transfers at Stamford Bridge, we’ve created Chelsea’s Transfer Target XI. Would you like to see some of these stars representing the Premier League champions next season?

Haha imagine if we did get the lot of these players though, that’s an XI capable of challenging for trophies on its own.
I’d be ecstatic if we even got one of Begovic, Varane, Pogba, Koke, Griezmann or Bale. I reckon the only realistic one in there is Griezmann though; Pogba and Bale are far too expensive, Koke would be a bit much considering the couple of seasons of trying to fit him, Oscar and Fabregas into the same side (as much as I would like to see us try), Varane is surely going nowhere considering he just signed a new contract, and I assume Begovic wants first-team football.

I’m not 100% on Aaron Cresswell, I’d rather see him get more Premier League experience before we spend a load of money on him. He has been solid this season but I’ve been quite happy with Luis.

I don’t think Clyne will happen either – I’m assuming he’ll go to Man Utd or Liverpool, where he would presumably slot straight into the starting XI, before coming to us, where he’d be behind Ivanovic and Azpilicueta.

Re: Koke, Griezmann, Miranda (and Courtois, Luis, Costa) – I heard we’re thinking of speeding up the process by just flying the Vicente Calderon over to SW6. (They can keep Torres though)
