Chelsea misfit Michy Batshuayi is wanted on loan by West Ham and Lille.

According to a report in The Daily Mail there is no shortage of interest in the striker who cost Chelsea £33m when he was signed from Marseilles in the summer.

Batshuayi has still to start a Premier League match with the form and fitness of Diego Costa keeping the Belgian internationalist on the sidelines.

Antonio Conte has gone on record that he doesn’t want to send the 23-year-old out on loan but the prospect of five months regular first team football must hold some appeal to the player and also Chelsea.

West Ham are desperate for extra firepower with Jermain Defoe their first choice target. Sunderland have no intention of parting with the striker at this stage but that position may change towards the close of the transfer window.

Lille have also contacted Chelsea about Batshuayi but so far Conte has given no indication that he’s prepared to let the striker leave Stamford Bridge on loan.
