Manchester United supporters would’ve watched their Premier League rivals in Champions League action this week rather enviously but the Red Devils have to make do with Thursday night Europa League encounters right now.
Up against Dutch giants Feyenoord at De Kuip this evening in one of the more glamorous opening night fixtures, Jose Mourinho’s side will be hot favourites, not only to win tonight but to win the entire competition.
Speaking ahead of the game in Rotterdam this evening, Red Devils boss Mourinho explained that it isn’t their dream but Manchester United are indeed aiming to win the competition.
Also admitting that their Premier League title bid could be hurt by their participation in the Europa League, we expect there to be plenty of changes to Mourinho’s starting line-up this evening.
Travelling to a rejuvenated Watford side in the Premier League on Sunday before facing Northampton in the EFL Cup and then reigning champions Leicester City in the top flight, it is a busy little period for the Red Devils to negotiate.
