Some West Brom fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by Baggies playmaker Matheus Pereira which features some footage of the Brazilian pulling off an impressive piece of skill in his garden.
It may be fair to say that Pereira appears to have been quite active in his garden of late, amid the postponement of the professional game in England. The 24-year-old West Brom man shared some footage of himself practising his longshots in his garden back in April, while earlier this month, he shared some fitness training footage, which was also shot outdoors.
Now, the Baggies player has shared some footage of himself kicking the ball out of his hands from behind a goal and providing enough backspin to make it bounce back into the goal. He has also asked his followers whether or not they think this footage is “real or fake” in his tweet.
Plenty of Baggies fans have been responding positively to their player’s tweet. Read the reactions of some West Brom supporters to this footage of Pereira in the tweets below.

Anyone who’s watched you play this season has no doubt that a) it’s real and b) it was done on your first attempt ?

Haters will say it’s fake

What do we think?
It might not come as a surprise that these Baggies fans have been enjoying this footage of Pereira. The 24-year-old has been one of the Baggies’ most significant players this season, leading the team in terms of Championship assists and trailing only three players in the Baggies’ top league goalscorer list for the 2019/20 season.
Some West Brom fans may miss having the opportunity to watch Pereira on the pitch at present and with that in mind, it may be understandable why some have been sharing their appreciation for the player in response to this tweet.
