A number of Sheffield United fans have taken to Twitter to voice their thoughts at Paul Heckingbottom’s latest injury update.
The 44-year-old revealed on Thursday the Blades would be without both Robin Olsen and Rhian Brewster for their upcoming game against Queens Park Rangers on Monday.
Is Brewster good enough for SUFC?
Yes
No
Brewster was forced off in their game against Bristol City due to a hamstring injury and the Blades boss has revealed the youngster has done ‘significant damage’ which will see him out of a while.
‘Rhian Brewster has done significant damage to his hamstring tendon so he’s going to be out for a while but he is responding well to treatment,” said Heckingbottom – which saw Blades fans flock to Twitter.
What did these Sheffield United fans have to say?
“Such bad luck for Brewster just as he was starting to hit a patch of form. Wishing him a speedy recovery!’
As for the Swedish goalkeeper, Olsen has been out of action for a number of games now after suffering a rib injury before their game against Coventry City last month.
And given Brewster had just begun to work his way back into the United side and even grabbed himself a goal against the Robins, it is no surprise the news comes as a blow to these fans.
