A lot of Newcastle United fans have reacted to Joelinton’s performance during the Toon’s 2-2 draw with Everton.
The Brazilian started for Newcastle and battled away up top until Fabian Schar replaced him, and then Newcastle made their comeback and left Goodison Park with a point.
Will Joelinton score on Saturday?
Yes, good opportunity for him

No, he still won't score

Steve Bruce confirmed after the game that Joelinton was carrying a knock, but that has not stopped these Toon fans from slating their record signing.

Joelinton = worst player yo wear the #nufc no. 9 shirt. The fact he’s our club record signing makes it even worse. He’s a fraud. A £40m fraud.

Joelinton and Atsu both an absolute waste of a shirt #NUFC

What do we think?
This was a tough match for the Brazilian as he had to work on without much support on his own, but he still only managed one shot and only achieved a 5/10 rating from the Evening Chronicle and a 6.12 rating from WhoScored.
The 23-year-old, who is valued at £27m by Transfermarkt, scored only his second goal for the club last week and then was unlucky not to score against Chelsea – as he hit the bar with a header. (0:17)
However, against the Toffees, he struggled, and he will have to hope that he can get back on the goal train against Oxford United on Saturday.
