A lot of Newcastle United fans have reacted to Steve Bruce’s press conference in which he confirmed that the Toon have picked up another two injuries after their draw with Everton.
The Newcastle boss believes that Emil Krafth will be out for six weeks after a bad challenge on him has resulted in ankle ligament damage.
Who will Newcastle miss the most?
Lejeune

Krafth

The other casualty is the Toon’s hero Florian Lejeune.
The Frenchman grabbed his first goal for Newcastle in the 94th minute with an acrobatic volley, (0:55) and then a minute later, he scored his second as he lashed an effort at goal that Jordan Pickford could not keep out. (1:25)
However, Bruce confirmed that Lejeune injured in his groin when he scored, and he would also be missing for the Magpies’ FA Cup tie with Oxford United.
This has not gone down well with many Newcastle fans who cannot believe what is happening to their club.
Steve Bruce speaks with the press ahead of tomorrow's game:
"Krafth is going to miss the next six weeks. He battled on the other night but it was a bad challenge on him. He’s done his ankle ligaments. Lejeune picked up a groin injury scoring either the first or the second goal.” pic.twitter.com/b5Kv41MqdO

You’ve got to start asking why. Clearly something has to change with training/warming up.
At this rate we’re going to be fielding the academy by February.

Genuinely get a yoga coach. Making players more flexible and used to proper stretching would surely reduce muscle injuries

Can we survive 90 minutes without at least one injury

It’s quite embarrassing now… I don’t understand how so many players can get injured in two months. It’s funny how he had the same problems at Hull and Sunderland as well?

????? Incredible

Surely at this point we’ve got to acknowledge its in the coaching? This many injuries every time we play a game is ridiculous. We’re gonna have no players left in two weeks…

What do we think?
Krafth and Lejeune join Andy Carroll, DeAndre Yedlin, Yoshinori Muto, Paul Dummett, and Jetro Willems in the treatment room and the Toon will hope that some of them return soon.
