These Liverpool fans enjoyed laughing at Dominic Solanke at the literal expense of Bournemouth.
Solanke joined Bournemouth for a whopping £19.08m in January 2019. When spending that sort of money you would hardly expect that player to achieve just a 6.1 rating against Arsenal in the FA Cup.
These Liverpool fans were laughing at the amount of money Bournemouth spent to bring in the forward, for him to just underperform in a key FA Cup fixture.

Solanke is yet to score in the Premier League this season, despite starting 12 times for Bournemouth (Whoscored), which perhaps makes it all the more understandable as to why so many Liverpool fans couldn’t believe Michael Edwards able to get such a mammoth fee for the forward.

What Do We Think?
Dominic Solanke is clearly not performing to the level of his price tag, which is a shame for Bournemouth but has very much entertained these Liverpool fans. It might be safe to say those at Anfield clearly do not miss having him around the club as a potential option Jurgen Klopp could call upon.
