These Liverpool fans have been discussing Naby Keita’s injury after the Reds released training ground images.
After Liverpool shared some training ground images on their official Twitter account, many of the Reds fans were discussing the length of time Naby Keita has been out and if returning, how long until he is injured once again.
Keita, who is valued at £37.8 million (Transfermarkt), hasn’t played since Jurgen Klopp’s side beat Wolves 1-0 on 29th December 2019, making it a month since these supporters have seen the 24-year-old play (Whoscored).

Amazingly, Keita has only managed to play five Premier League matches this season, but he has kept an average Whoscored rating of 7.16/10, so at least when the 24-year-old has played, he’s played well (Whoscored).
Of course, the fans’ excitement stems from Naby Keita having spent a period out on the sidelines after suffering an injury.
Just throw Keita back into the side.

With Keita playing just five Premier League games all season, Liverpool may as well have sold the 24-year-old as he’s hardly played much football anyway. If he is going to continue to miss this much game time, then we can’t see his Anfield career lasting long.
Liverpool already have plenty of midfield options in the form of Fabinho, Adam Lallana, Jordan Henderson, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Georginio Wijnaldum, so the African midfielder will find it difficult to work his way back in, despite fans’ excitement.
