Kylian Mbappe is said to be ‘very flattered’ in the interest shown in him by Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool, according to Le10sport (via @LFCTransferRoom). The French forward, however, reportedly only plans on leaving Paris Saint-Germain for the Spanish giants Real Madrid.
It was previously claimed Klopp had shared a telephone call with the player’s father Wilfrid Mbappe but it seems that hasn’t persuaded the 21-year-old Anfield is the place for him.
Mbappe, who is currently valued at £162m according to Transfermarkt.co.uk has enjoyed another excellent season in the French capital, scoring 18 goals in 20 Ligue 1 appearances prior to the competition’s abandonment. To further highlight his excellent form and level of consistency, his average performance rating stands at 8.14/10 (via WhoScored.com).
Here is how some of the Anfield faithful have responded to this recent report.

What do we think?
Based on the above responses, there are those who feel a deal for the 21-year-old is out of the question due to the finances that would have to be involved in order to make it happen whereas others simply don’t believe the player is worth it even if the funds were available.
