Some Celtic fans have made it clear that they love new signing Ismaila Soro’s smile and they adore the midfielder for it.
Soro’s move to Parkhead was confirmed last night and the Ivory Coast midfielder has signed a four-year deal at the club. The Scottish Sun also reported that the Bnei Yehuda midfielder has arrived for a fee of £2million.
Do you love Soro's smile?
He's got a lovely smile!

If only he plays well

The Hoops posted an image of the new midfielder on Twitter and many Celtic fans loved one thing about him – his smile. And they are lauding him for it.

He’s smiled more in the last 5 hours than I have in the last 5 year. I love him for it.

Exactly the type of player we need right now. A defensive mid that can tackle and pass very well

Soro is a defensive midfielder by trade and was a regular for Yehuda in midfield this season before he got the move to Parkhead. He made 24 appearances in all competitions before arriving at the club, not scoring or assisting even once.
He was a constant part of the side last season too, making 35 appearances in all competitions for the club. 25 of those appearances came in the Israeli league. 32 of his appearances came in defensive midfield, with the rest coming in central midfield.
What do we think?
The Hoops currently play a 4-2-3-1 shape under Neil Lennon, with Scott Brown and Callum McGregor the regulars in midfield. Brown has made 20 appearances in the Premiership, with McGregor also having played 20 times in the league.
The number of times both of them have played shows that Lennon needs another midfielder to add depth in that part of the pitch. Soro adds just that and the move makes sense.
