Norberto Neto is perhaps not a stand-out goalkeeper but he’s performed well during his four campaigns as Fiorentina’s No.1, this season making 55 saves and claiming 10 clean sheets in 29 Serie A appearances.
That’s seen him ascend to the Brazil national team fold, claiming two caps since his debut earlier this year, and the 6 foot 3 also reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League with Viola this season.
At 25 years of age, there’s plenty of room for further development and now available on a free transfer after deciding against penning extended terms with the Florence outfit, he could prove to be a smart piece of business for Chelsea.
Currently, however, he’s tipped to join up with Juventus.
