Dani Alves

Barcelona star Dani Alves may have reached the ripe old age of 31, but he’s still easily one of the most dynamic right-backs in Europe, blessed with endless energy, prolific pace and regular output, claiming five assists in 27 appearances this season.

He’d be perfect for Liverpool’s right wing-back role, capable of contributing heavily at both ends of the pitch, whilst the Brazil international’s immense experience, having won four La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues with the Catalan giants, will compensate for the almighty void Steven Gerrard is set to leave behind this summer.

Furthermore, Alves will almost certainly be on the move at the end of the season when his Nou Camp contract expires. That means no transfer fee, but the South American’s agent has recently claimed that seven clubs are currently battling it out for his signature.
