Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is reportedly open to seeing Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof leave the club during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The previous summer transfer window saw a significant number of players leave Old Trafford such as Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic among others.

It has now been revealed that two more players currently on the books at United could be facing the exit once the season draws to a close.

In this quiz, we will take a look at who topped the club's scoring charts and when. First, who was United's top scorer this season?

According to a recent report from Football Insider, Ten Hag is willing to cash in on Maguire and Lindelof to help fund a summer transfer overhaul at United.

The duo have seen their places in the starting XI taken away this season, with the United manager favouring Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane, who have both played more minutes in the Premier League than Maguire and Lindelof.

With just 11 league appearances and five starts to his name, the Englishman has earned himself an overall performance rating of 6.5/10 from WhoScored, putting him amongst some of the lowest-rated players at the club.

Previous reports have claimed that the Old Trafford outfit may have to settle for selling Maguire for half of the £80m they spent to sign him back in 2019, which may not be ideal but would still put a significant chunk towards their spending power for the summer.

Which of these Man United players would you rather see sold this summer?

Then with Lindelof, out of the nine league games he’s appeared in, the Red Devils have conceded 15 goals and kept just two clean sheets.

With all of that in mind, it’s easy to see why Ten Hag would be open to cashing in on these two players in order to refresh his squad.

Moving forward, if the club does end up selling the defensive pair this summer, they’ll have to make sure they bring in suitable replacements so Ten Hag isn’t left with a depleted defence moving forward.
