Sky Sports’ James Savundra has admitted while people believe new Wolves signing Mario Lemina is a talented player, he does have numerous flaws.

Wolves are certainly looking to be one of the most active and lavish spenders this month having already recruited Matheus Cunha on an initial loan deal and have now added Lemina to their ranks..

As well as Lemina, Joao Gomes and Pablo Sarabia appear to be on their way to Molineux.

Lopetegui has commented on the midfielder and insisted that Lemina is ready to start for Wolves as soon as he’s signed and registered, which will be down to how regularly he’s been playing out in Ligue 1 this season.

While new signings are always hailed and create excitement, Savundra has issued some caution to Wolves fans over Lemina’s temperament and work rate.

Will Lemina succeed at Wolves?

He said: (12:00) “He’s a player who burst on the scene at Juventus 21 years of age. He’s a player who everybody you speak to about him [says] he’s extremely talented, sometimes it’s his character, it’s his work rate, it’s his temperament which has been brought into question, especially on the south coast where I don’t think he made too many friends.”

TIF Thoughts on Lemina…

Given that Lemina has been discarded by both Southampton and Fulham in recent times would suggest that there are perhaps some underlying problems with the midfielder that Wolves and Lopetegui may well have turned a blind eye to.

However, with the midfielder reportedly only costing them £9.7 million, it appears to be a very low-risk move because if he doesn’t work out then it won’t take too much effort to make their money back on him.

Which former Man United man almost joined Wolves?

With the likes of Joao Moutinho, Ruben Neves and Matheus Nunes occupying spots in the midfield department at Molineux it’s hard to see Lemina being any more than a squad player and that could well be what he needs to ensure he doesn’t get too big for his boots.

Another tin pot hacks talking out of his rear end, just can’t hack the fact we are trying to move forward and to say wolves and Lopetegui are turning a blind eye is and insult.
