Aaron Wan-Bissaka is unlikely to move to Leeds United, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.
The fullback is expected to leave Man United, having played just four minutes of Premier League football this season, and Leeds were one of the clubs linked with a move.
The Englishman has fallen behind Diogo Dalot in the pecking order, and a mixture of injuries and poor form has meant that his future at the club looks far from certain.
The 25-year-old joined United from Crystal Palace for around £50m in 2019, but looks set to leave, but Jones has claimed that Leeds is an unlikely destination for him.
“We know Wan-Bissaka needs a new club, but I don’t think this one is particularly likely,” Jones told This Is Futbol.
“He needs a resolution to his current predicament, and realistically this is probably the level he’s going to end up at in the Premier League, but Man United to Leeds, I’m just never convinced by it.
“You do sometimes see a Dan James or whatever end up at Leeds, but I don’t think Wan-Bissaka will be going to Leeds.”

Whilst United and Leeds have a strong historic rivalry, transfers do happen between the clubs, with the likes of Lee Sharpe, Rio Ferdinand and Dan James moving between the two over the years, and given that he is out of favour, United would likely have no problem with a sale if they receive a good offer.
Wolves, West Ham and Crystal Palace are the other clubs linked with a move, and a return to Selhurst Park could be a good move for the defender.
Summer signing Rasmus Kristensen has the right-back position nailed down this season, and with other options including Luke Ayling able to play there, the position is not a priority for Jesse Marsch and a move for Wan-Bissaka therefore looks unlikely, particularly given his current club.
However, having previously missed out on Wolves-bound Matheus Cunha, this could be another potential transfer opportunity that passes Leeds by.
