Tottenham Hotspur right-back is believed to be attracting interest from the Serie A side Juventus ahead of the January transfer window.

This is according to journalist George Sessions who has been speaking on Chris Cowlin’s YouTube channel about potential movement in the upcoming winter window.

There have been reports suggesting Massimiliano Allegri’s side have been showing some early interest in Tottenham’s Brazilian with him described as their ‘number one target’.

Under Antonio Conte, Emerson has been handed 12 appearances in the Premier League in which he has seen off the likes of Matt Doherty and Djed Spence.

Starting with the club's £60m summer signing, which of these players could Richarlison be facing?

However, he has come under serious fire from his own fans in recent weeks which has Sessions expecting there to be some truth in the reports of interest from Juventus:

(40:00) “I think there is [truth in the reports] to be honest, because I can’t think of the name off the top of my head but they do have a bit of an issue but right-back. They obviously haven’t watched him.”

TIF Thoughts on Sessions’ comments…

We think this should be news that Spurs welcome with Emerson showing very little since signing for Spurs to suggest he is good enough for the north London side.

Do you expect Emerson to be sold in January?

In 59 appearances across all competitions for Spurs, the Brazilian has only been able to return one goal and two assists which is simply not good enough from a Conte wing-back (via Transfermarkt).

Fabio Paratici has already robbed Juventus of Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur since joining Spurs, but to get them to buy Emerson feels like it could be an even bigger achievement.
