Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison was spotted on the touchline on Sunday in full training gear ahead of their defeat this weekend.

Spurs correspondent Alasdair Gold highlighted the potential injury boost from the press box at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ahead of the game.

Richarlison has now been missing since coming off in the game against Everton last month, where he was seen in tears after the game due to his calf injury.

With Richarlison, Lucas Moura, Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski all missing from the starting XI through their own respective issues, Ivan Perisic was forced to play alongside Harry Kane.

Starting with the club's £60m summer signing, which of these players could Richarlison be facing?

The Croatian certainly had his chances but was unable to find the back of the net, which will make Gold’s post a big boost ahead of the trip to Nottingham Forest on Wednesday:

“Richarlison down at pitch side during the warm-up and kitted out like he’s going to do some kind of work,” Gold tweeted along with the image.

This will surely provide Spurs fans with some optimism ahead of the final two games before the upcoming World Cup break at the end of this week.

Has Richarlison been a big miss?

Spurs proved toothless for a large chunk of the game on Sunday, but the return of Kulusevski saw an instant improvement, with the Swede providing Harry Kane with an assist.

And with Son having undergone surgery and potentially missing the game against Leeds United at the weekend, a return for Richarlison would certainly make a big difference to Conte’s frontline.

A large responsibility has been put on Kane’s shoulders to provide the goals, but having Kulusevski and Richarlison back would surely take the burden off the England captain.
