Liverpool will go all out to sign Real Madrid target Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund, according to Marca (via ‘Madrid Xtra’ on Twitter).

The Reds haven’t forgotten that Los Blancos signed Aurelien Tchouameni, a midfielder who they held talks with, according to the player. So, bringing Bellingham to Anfield could likely be Jurgen Klopp’s revenge.

Bellingham has been described as an ‘athletic box-to-box midfielder’, by Bundesliga.com. Furthermore, the 19-year-old bossed the England midfield as they won 6-2 against Iran. Sofascore gave him an 8.2 rating for his performance in that fixture.

It was in the summer of 2020 when Bellingham moved from Birmingham City to Dortmund. Since then he’s stats have really impressed in the top flight of Germany.

Real Madrid could do with a new midfielder, both Luka Modric and Toni Kroos are on the older side. So, adding the 19-year-old Englishman to the squad could rejuvenate it somewhat.

Bellingham and Los Blancos’ Eduardo Camavinga  and Tchouameni could well become the future of the club for a long time

We believe that there is room for concern for Real Madrid, as Liverpool are set to be going all out to swoop up Bellingham. The Premier League side also need to freshen up their options in midfield.

The Reds have endured an underwhelming start to the Premier League season. If they miss out on a Champions League spot, perhaps that could be good news for Madrid’s interest in Bellingham.

Having said that, the 19-year-old was a Liverpool fan growing up and his hero was Steven Gerrard. So, if Klopp is willing to pay the fee, Bellingham could well be convinced to join his boyhood club.
