Wolves winger Adama Traore is expected to get a move away from Molineux before next week’s transfer deadline.

This has been suggested by insider Ryan Taylor, who has been speaking on his YouTube channel about the future of Wolves’ Spanish ace.

Traore has found himself returning to Molineux following his spell in Spain on loan with Barcelona but has been limited to a role off the bench.

The Spaniard’s contract is set to run out at the end of this season, meaning if Wolves want to get any money in return for him, now is the time to sell.

And Taylor now expects the 26-year-old to move on permanently given he has only played 30 minutes of league football since returning to Bruno Lage’s squad.

He said: “I do expect him to potentially get a move in the final week of the window. I don’t quite know where that could be.”

TIF Thoughts on Taylor’s comments…

Wolves are yet to hit any real form in front of goal this season, however, it seems pretty apparent Lage is not entertaining the notion of Traore returning to the starting XI – unless his goalscoring exploits in midweek have done anything to change his mind.

Is Traore's time at Wolves done?

There have been some reports suggesting Fabio Paratici at Tottenham Hotspur holds an interest in the Spaniard this summer after their failed attempts in January to sign the winger.

Despite their difficulties in attack, if Lage is not keen on reintegrating Traore to his long-term plans, we think it would be wise to offload him for some money rather than risk losing him for free in the coming 12 months.
