ExWHUemployee has claimed that West Ham United have submitted a third bid for Belgian midfielder Amadou Onana this summer.
There have been reports stating that West Ham United have submitted a third offer for Amadou Onana with a fee of £32 million being offered, as they attempt to lure him to the Premier League before the summer transfer window ends.
Onana signed for LOSC Lille last summer from Hamburger, and he was a mainstay for the French side last season at just 20 years old, featuring 41 times in all competitions, whilst chipping in with three goals and one assist.
With West Ham having two previous bids rejected from Lille for their midfielder, ExWHUEmployee claimed that the Hammers have submitted a bid for Onana and they are now waiting for a reply from the French club as to whether they are willing to accept the increased offer from the Hammers.
“We can confirm that the story of a third offer in for the Belgium midfielder Amadou Onana is true. The offer is said to be around £35m and we are awaiting an answer from his club Lille,” Ex said.

TIF Thoughts on ExWHUemployee’s comments…
West Ham have signed three players so far in this summer transfer window, and the new additions total just under £50 million in transfer fees, and Moyes is supposedly keen on spending more money to upgrade the squad this summer as the reported fee that he has tabled for Onana is around £32 million.
The Hammers currently have Tomas Soucek and Declan Rice as their two main central midfielders at the club, and the latter has been heavily linked with a move away from the club. So, because of Onana’s age (20), Moyes might be thinking that he could be a suitable long-term replacement if Rice was to leave the club either this summer or in the next few transfer windows.
