A number of Liverpool fans may well be concerned by footage of new signing Darwin Nunez from the club’s pre-season tour.
The Uruguay striker joined the side this summer from Benfica for a club-record fee of £85m, as he committed to life in England by signing a six-year contract.
Nunez and the Reds were in Bangkok as they prepared for the upcoming Premier League season with a friendly against Manchester United, with an experimental Liverpool lineup defeated 4-0 in Thailand.
Ahead of the match, though, as fans got one of their first glimpses of the forward in training ground action for Liverpool, they may not have been pleased by what they saw.
Indeed, a compilation on Twitter showed Nunez missing a series of opportunities in a rather unconvincing fashion during a shooting drill.

TIF Thoughts on Darwin Nunez and Liverpool…
Considering he arrived for a club-record transfer fee, fans will be hoping Nunez can settle into life with Liverpool nice and quickly and show his best.
However, upon viewing this training ground footage, they may come to the conclusion that the 23-year-old is not quite the finished article just yet.
Even so, with 34 goals for Benfica in all competitions last season – including six in the Champions League – Nunez has shown that he knows how to find the back of the net when it counts.
Still, those of a more pessimistic persuasion could watch the recent compilation and be left with the fear that Liverpool may potentially have a transfer flop on their hands.
