The North Macedonian left the Whites last summer but has recently terminated his contract with Saudi club Al-Ahli after they were relegated from the Saudi Pro League (via LeedsLive).
Considering some who follow the club closely believe that Leeds could do with signing a new left-back in the summer, the idea of a move for their former defender may well be an enticing idea.
In full, he wrote: “Gjanni Alioski available on a free transfer. Be mad not to bring him home. Was a huge miss for Leeds last season and can cover a variety of positions. No brainer for me….”

It’s probably fair to say Junior Firpo didn’t have the best of debut season last term as he looked to replace the departing Alioski, who was shocked by Raphinha’s willingness to defend.
In comparison, the North Macedonian’s time with the Whites was a lot more sturdy. Alioski left the club after a four-year spell, having made 171 appearances, scored 22 goals and helped the team secure promotion back to the Premier League for the first time in 16 years.
