Wolves winger Adama Traore has taken to Instagram to show that he is working hard during the off-season.

Traore left Wolves in January to join Barcelona on loan for the rest of the season, but things did not quite go to plan for the Spanish winger, as he made 11 appearances in La Liga, but just four of those games were from the start and he failed to score during his spell at Camp Nou.

The 26-year-old signed for Wolves in 2018 from Middlesbrough and has since racked up 154 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and registering 18 assists along the way, so he might not have had the return that was expected when he initially signed.

There was a clause in the loan deal with Barcelona that the club could sign Traore on a permanent deal, but it appears that they are not interested in doing so, and he has subsequently been linked with a move to Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur ahead of next season.

While his future remains uncertain, the Spanish winger has taken to Instagram to show that he is at least working hard to make sure he is fully fit ahead of pre-season:

TIF Thoughts on Adama Traore…

Traore struggled to find his feet at Barcelona when he made the switch in January, which has meant that he is likely to remain at Wolves unless another club come calling for him in the summer transfer window.

But with Traore already being shipped off once in January, Bruno Lage might be actively looking to get rid of him permanently before the season starts.

Whatever happens and wherever he is playing his football when the new season kicks off, Traore is at least demonstrating that he is not letting his uncertain future affect him during the summer break.
