Insider ExWHUemployee has revealed that West Ham United have put in a transfer ‘enquiry’ for Emmanuel Dennis.
It looks as though the Watford striker is very much a wanted man this summer, with Ex already speaking of the Hammers’ interest in the 24-year-old not that long ago.
Things seem to have developed slightly since then, as the club are thought to be in the stages of trying to understand just how much the Nigerian could cost them if they were to bring him in this summer.
Indeed, when speaking on The West Ham Way podcast, Ex provided his full understanding of the situation. He said: “With Dennis, we’ve put in an enquiry as to how much they would actually want for him.
“And we’re looking to get the answers back as to whether we pursue that deal.”

Although Watford were relegated last season, Dennis, who has been dubbed a ‘monster’, was one of the standout performers for the team with his 10 goals and six assists.
With experience in the Champions League too for former side Club Brugge – where he once scored a double away against Real Madrid – there should be little doubting the 24-year-old’s potential to shine in a West Ham shirt.
Judging from this latest update from Ex, it seems as though David Moyes’ interest is certainly real. However, any further developments will seemingly depend upon how much the Hornets want for their man and whether or not the Hammers will feel it is a price worth paying.
