Leicester City star James Maddison has taken to Instagram to send a message to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall after he signed a new deal with the Foxes.

It was recently announced that Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has signed a new long-term deal with Premier League outfit Leicester City after it was only last season that he made his first-team debut in the top flight of English football for the Foxes.

Dewsbury-Hall has impressed this season for the Foxes, he made 44 appearances in all competitions under Brendan Rodgers and his displays were enough to earn himself Players Player of the Season and Young Player of the Season.

In the 2020/21 season, Dewsbury-Hall went on loan in the Championship with Luton Town, where he made 39 appearances, scored three goals, and registered six assists, which was enough for him to earn the stripes of a place in the first-team squad with his parent club Leicester last season.

With Dewsbury-Hall being offered a new long-term deal at Leicester, keeping him at the club until at least 2027, James Maddison has taken to Instagram to send the 23-year-old a message.

TIF Thoughts on Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall…

It was an excellent breakthrough season into the first-team at Leicester City for Dewsbury-Hall, after he spent successful loan spells on loan with both Blackpool and Luton Town, and he has been awarded a new five-year contract with the club he came through the academy with.

Leicester City finished eighth last season in the Premier League, which was three places lower than what they achieved the season before, so Brendan Rodgers will be keen to bring in some new faces and make sure that his key players are tied down to long-term deals in hope that they can push higher up the table next term.

Dewsbury-Hall is unfortunately in a position that is swarmed with English talent, otherwise, he might have done enough last season to earn himself a call up to the England squad.
