Tottenham Hotspur will be open to listening to offers for their left wing-back Sergio Reguilon this summer, according to Michael Bridge.

The Sky Sports reporter was speaking to This Is Futbol ahead of the summer window with Tottenham still playing for a spot in next season’s Champions League.

Should Spurs sell Reguilon this summer?

Yes

No

No

One player who will likely be unable to help Spurs secure a spot in the top four is Reguilon with the Spaniard currently sidelined through injury and a return this season not sounding likely.

Reguilon has missed the last three Spurs games and, in particular, games against Liverpool and Arsenal which has seen the Lilywhites concede just one goal after picking up four points.

And it seems the Spaniard may have played his final game for the North London outfit with Bridge believing Conte would be willing to allow him go this summer:

I would assume that they would consider offers for Reguilon, for sure. And they will look to strengthen those areas. But I’d imagine they would look elsewhere,” said Bridge.

TIF Thoughts on Bridge’s comments…

We think this would actually be a move which could benefit Spurs in the long run with Conte being able to put his stamp on the side.

The Italian plays with attack-minded wing-backs and it is apparent Reguilon has not been up to the task with just one assist to his name under Conte this season.

Ryan Sessegnon has shown glimpses of finding some improved form in recent months and with Conte a big fan of the 21-year-old, we think cashing in and improving on Reguilon could be a great move.
