Sky Sports News journalist Joshua Barrie has claimed that Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst was left frustrated by two incident in his side’s most recent game.

The Teddy Bears claimed a 2-0 home win in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday over Dundee United thanks to goals from James Tavernier and Amad Diallo.

However, it was two ‘late tackles’ on the latter, that supposedly left the Gers manager feeling pretty upset with what he’d seen during the match.

TIF thoughts on Amad Diallo and Rangers…

Diallo joined Rangers on loan from Manchester United in the January transfer window until the end of the season and would have been glad to make a good impact on the weekend.

Indeed, despite obviously being on the end of a couple tough challenges, the 19-year-old still managed to perform well. According to SofaScore, he picked up a 7.8 match rating after scoring a goal and completing three key passes in just a 45 minute cameo.

With a display as good as that, it’s easy to understand why Van Bronckhorst would have been left so upset after watching the younger winger suffer multiple late fouls. Still only a teenager though it will all be good experience to help him develop.
