West Ham United fans, who were these players sold to? Starting with Felipe Anderson

Benrahma completed a permanent move to the London Stadium last January after initially joining on loan from Brentford. According to ExWHUemployee, the Premier League outfit are now willing to listen to offers for the Algeria international, amongst a number of others.

Writing on Twitter, Lawless appeared to disagree with the idea of Benrahma moving on, saying: “11 goals and 6 assists being in and out of the starting 11. They better be some pretty hefty offers.”

TIF Thoughts on Benrahma…

Benrahma has indeed struggled to impose himself on David Moyes’ starting XI this season. He made 26 starts in the Premier League, playing 32 times in all – but started just four of the Irons’ 12 matches in the Europa League as they reached the semi-finals of the competition.

However, as Lawless said, he still managed 11 goals and six assists throughout the campaign and was a constant threat from the flanks. Only Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio managed more shots per game than him (2) for West Ham, while he also featured highly in terms of key passes and dribbles per game amongst his teammates.

With four years still left on his contract, the Hammers could surely command a substantial fee. However, Benrahma has enough ability to continue to have an impact for Moyes and co, and should be given the chance to do so.
