West Ham United could be set to make a move for Leeds United’s Kalvin Phillips should the Whites get relegated come the end of the season.

Jesse Marsch’s side are currently in the drop zone and look favourites to be the third and final team to drop out of the Premier League and with that, some of their players will be available at a cut price.

The insider had the following to say on the matter: “Well if Leeds drop then the standout for me is Kalvin Philips, a player we hold a keen interest in. I think someone of his calibre and the fact he plays with Rice in the England squad would be a real statement signing, not to mention an amazing pairing in our midfield.”

If Leeds do drop out of the Premier League then some of their better players such as Kalvin Phillips will certainly be available at a cheaper price than what they would have been if they stay up.
